By accessing or using the MineHaus website, forums, Discord, or Minecraft servers (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
MineHaus is a family-friendly, community-run Minecraft network.
All users must follow rules published in-game, on the website, and on official MineHaus platforms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Users under the age of 13 may only use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some features require account registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
MineHaus recognises its duty of care to protect all users, particularly children and vulnerable individuals.
Abuse, harassment, grooming, exploitation, or predatory behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Any behaviour or content that is sexual, exploitative, coercive, or harmful toward a minor will result in immediate action.
Where appropriate, evidence may be preserved and reported to relevant law enforcement or safeguarding authorities.
Accounts involved in such behaviour will be immediately restricted or permanently removed.
Certain staff members may hold enhanced DBS checks where appropriate as part of safeguarding responsibilities.
There is zero tolerance for behaviour that endangers others.
MineHaus encourages parental awareness and involvement.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Services.
We recommend parents discuss online safety, appropriate behaviour, and reporting concerns with their child.
MineHaus cannot provide individual supervision of minors but will take appropriate action when safeguarding concerns are raised.
Parents or guardians may contact us regarding concerns involving their child.
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others
Engage in discriminatory, hateful, or bullying behaviour
Share explicit, sexual, or inappropriate content
Attempt to groom, manipulate, or exploit others
Impersonate staff or other users
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or bypass moderation
Use cheats, hacks, or unfair advantages
Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.
Moderation decisions are made at staff discretion and are final, unless otherwise stated.
Creating alternate accounts to evade moderation actions is prohibited.
MineHaus is not responsible for lost items, progress, or account access.
If you witness or experience behaviour that violates our rules or raises safeguarding concerns, please report it as soon as possible.

Dates and times
Screenshots or message logs
A brief description of the concern
Reports are handled confidentially by authorised staff.
Any behaviour that is sexual, exploitative, predatory, threatening, or harmful toward a minor is strictly prohibited.
Where appropriate, evidence may be preserved and escalated.
As MineHaus safeguarding oversight is based in the United Kingdom, serious concerns may be reported to UK law enforcement or relevant safeguarding authorities.
Accounts involved will be immediately restricted or permanently removed.
MineHaus operates a zero-tolerance policy toward behaviour that endangers others.
MineHaus is not an emergency service.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Accounts are used at the user’s own risk.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
Purchases made through the MineHaus store are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Virtual items and ranks have no real-world value.
MineHaus is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Users are responsible for content they submit.
By submitting content, users grant MineHaus permission to store and display it.
Content that violates rules or laws may be removed without notice.
Services are provided “as is” and may be unavailable at times.
MineHaus is not liable for downtime, data loss, or technical issues.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violations of these Terms.
Accounts may be removed upon request, subject to legal or safeguarding requirements.
